The Tallahassee Citizens' Police Academy Alumni Association (TCPAAA) was organized by graduates of the Tallahassee Police Department’s Citizens' Police Academy during the Fall and Winter of 1999. Its purposes are "to promote the Citizens' Police Academy continuing education/training, to support the continued growth and development of the Citizens' Police Academy, and to participate in activities that contribute to the well-being of the community."

Each summer, the TCPAAA hosts its annual Police Ball. The Police Ball is the major fundraiser of the TCPAAA, with the proceeds used exclusively to benefit Tallahassee Police Department (TPD) programs and activities of community and neighborhood outreach.

In addition to the annual Police Ball, TCPAAA members also have exclusive access to advanced training sessions offered by the Tallahassee Police Department. Check this webpage regularly for upcoming training sessions and other events.
